ABOUT US
Robertson Commercial Joinery were established in 2004 and have been the go-to Narangba commercial joinery business ever since. While we are based in Narangba, our team is flexible and can travel Australia wide.
As suppliers, we are also able to ship products to anywhere in Australia, just contact one of our team to discuss freight costs. As shopfitters, our services are based around commercial joinery and more specifically medical fitouts, retail shop fitouts, office fitouts, custom library furniture, work for schools and universities and general commercial fitouts.
We’re proud to have worked with a range of high-profile clients, some of which are longstanding customers, constantly coming back to us for work. We believe this is because we take a no fuss approach. We offer simple, good, old fashioned customer service, always sticking to our word, showing up to the job on time and completing work to your deadline.
We enjoy working for big clients, but as a local and family owned business we love supporting small local businesses and playing a part in their growth process. Our office is open from 6am-3pm Monday through Friday.

Office Fitouts
When it comes to office fitouts, we don’t just do your standard square boxes – we want to help you create your dream office. We’re experienced in working with builders and project managers, always helping to deliver a project in sync with your deadline. Some of our notable clients include local councils, Sun Super and The Commissioner for Children and Young People in Queensland.
Commercial Fitouts
We are specialists when it comes to commercial fitouts and are happy to complete any job, no matter how small, for our commercial clients. From completing small tasks for fellow cabinet makers and shopfitters to helping a local business with an entire fitout- we can do it all.
Custom Library Furniture
With our owner having a strong background in working on Brisbane City Council Libraries, custom library furniture is a specialty area of ours. We’ve worked on various council and school libraries providing aesthetic yet functional solutions for visitors. We make custom shelves and counters, computer stations, self-serve checkouts and custom seating areas.
Retail Shop Fitouts
We’ve completed retail shop fitouts for a range of large companies and small local businesses including The Coffee Club, BP Service Station, an artisan chocolate shop at Noosa and a range of medical centres and real estate offices. We use Microvellum design software to sketch all our products which allows us to show you before you sign off on the project.
Schools & Universities
We’ve completed joinery work for several local schools and universities including Lourdes Hill College, St Eugene College, The University of the Sunshine Coast and The University of Queensland. Think libraries, classroom fitouts, science rooms, home economics rooms, uniform shops, toilets and bookstores.
For Builders & Project Managers
Over our 16 years of operation, we’ve been privileged to work with a wide range of talented builders and project managers. As a result, we are highly familiar with how a building site operates and know the importance of meeting deadlines and arriving to work on time.
Local Councils & Government
Before starting our business, owner Greg worked as a cabinet maker for Brisbane City Council and therefore has years of experience under his belt. When you work with Robertson Commercial Joinery, you’re working with a team who understands how council projects work. Some of our regular clients are Brisbane City Council, Gold Coast City Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council.
